Mind Control - MK-ULTRA - UFO Disclosure

Interview with James Martinez - PART 1

Please read the below biography before dismissing any of the many wild statements of James Martinez during the interview:

James Martinez is a Media Ecologist, radio broadcaster, and pioneer in disruptive technologies and their effects on culture, cognition, and human awareness. Born in San Diego, California, he has been at the forefront of radio communications and non-sanctioned neuroscientific behavior modification research.

After attending the University of Arkansas, Martinez began working with retired U.S. Customs Officer Lars C. Hansson, author of the affidavit U.F.O., Aliens and “Ex” Intelligence Agents: Who’s Fooling Whom?—a groundbreaking exposé addressing intelligence-agency misinformation and covert operations. He later collaborated with a retired Naval Intelligence officer, deepening his expertise in citizen-led intelligence, counterintelligence methodologies, and independent investigative research.

Martinez’s work led him to the late Walter Bowart, a leader of the 1960s counterculture movement and founder of The East Village Other (E.V.O.), New York City’s first underground newspaper and a progenitor of modern alternative media. Bowart’s seminal book Operation Mind Control exposed sanctioned government mind-control programs. Martinez partnered with Bowart to extend this research into media ecology, behavior modification, neurolinguistics, and hypnosis.

Prior to his collaboration with Bowart, Martinez trained under remote viewer and contactee Marianne Shenefield and former OSS officer Virgil Armstrong, grounding his work in experiential intelligence disciplines and historical covert frameworks.

Following the death of Gabriel Green, Martinez inherited the complete archival records of the Amalgamated Flying Saucer Clubs of America. This body of research was utilized as the first organized step toward public UFO disclosure—preceding all later institutional and international efforts—and continues to inform disclosure research today.

In recognition of his contributions, Martinez was appointed to the Board of Advisors for the Freedom of Thought Foundation, alongside figures including Fletcher Prouty, Thomas Bearden, and John McGuffin. The foundation sought to protect cognitive liberty and repeal the National Security Act of 1947. Martinez’s work on Operation Mind Control: Volume II played a key role in exposing the global scope of MK-ULTRA, highlighting the dangers of cognitive manipulation and advancing strategic countermeasures.

Through this work, a public bridge was established—arguably for the first time—between non-sanctioned neuroscience and UFO disclosure research. This convergence became a catalyst for what is now referred to as the modern Disclosure Movement.

In 1989, Martinez and colleagues at the Freedom of Thought Foundation recognized the revolutionary implications of Cold Fusion following the work of Stanley Pons and Martin Fleischmann, advocating for its development as a sustainable energy solution. In 2007, Martinez was elected Director of Public Affairs for S.O.M.A. Corporation (Semiotic Off-Screen Media Affairs), the first consultancy dedicated to therapeutic media, behavior modification, and public healing through communications technology.

His broadcasting career expanded with James Martinez Live on the Republic Broadcasting Network, where he became the first broadcaster to expose systemic banking fraud, contributing to legal recoveries exceeding $850 million. He later assumed full creative control at the Achieve Radio

Network, pioneering public education on financial manipulation, digital currency implications, and economic sovereignty. The “Cash Flow” broadcast became a launch point for advances in public discourse on medicine, cognition, and human interaction.

Martinez also served on the Board of Advisors for the United Precious Metals Association, promoting sound currency policy. Addressing global energy instability, he founded ColdFusionNow.org, the first public platform dedicated to advocating Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR).

In 2012, Martinez appeared in The Believers, an award-winning Cold Fusion documentary screened internationally. He later delivered keynote addresses at the Global Breakthrough Energy Movement Conference in the Netherlands and Colorado. His work in media ecology earned him an advisory role at the Marshall McLuhan Center, where he worked alongside Vint Cerf.

Martinez has appeared on national and international media, including Dutch television, Gaia TV (with Regina Meredith) and Buzzsaw. His work has been featured in Sovereign Mind Magazine and The World I Dream Of.

During his broadcasting career, Martinez formed a historic alliance with Russell Means, facilitating the donation of the first Cold Fusion device to the Russell Means Library at Standing Rock. This made Means the first public figure to endorse Cold Fusion, and the Lakota Sioux Council subsequently became the first sovereign nation to sanction its integration.

Martinez later played a pivotal role in organizing the U.S. Veterans’ Stand at Standing Rock, co-led with Phyllis Young and Wesley Clark Jr., culminating in a globally broadcast reconciliation ceremony despite extensive media suppression. His work on indigenous sovereignty and energy independence will be documented in End of the Line by Emmy Award-winning director Shannon Kring.

In January 2018, Martinez spoke at the first Oceti Sakowin Energy Summit alongside MIT representatives and former U.S. Chief Technology Officer Megan Smith, addressing Cold Fusion, currency evolution, and indigenous policy.

Most recently, in November 2024, Martinez consulted for The Priest Group Ltd., where he played a critical role in global diplomacy, strategic advisory, and international relations. His work helped bridge initiatives between the Democratic Republic of Congo and international technology stakeholders, including the United States, contributing to strategic economic development across multiple sectors, including initiatives tied to South Africa and the Cape of Good Hope.

Martinez currently serves as Director of Intelligence for Ascension Industries, participating in high-level briefings with Defense Threat Reduction Agency and negotiating with multiple governments for deployment of the world’s first Cryptographic Energy Vault powered by Cold Fusion.

He also serves as Chief Advisor to the International Committee for Information Technology Standards for brain-computer interface (BCI) governance.

Martinez’s work continues to shape global conversations on media, finance, energy, and cognitive sovereignty. He is the author of Alphabetic Consciousness, Media Ecology, and Post-Alphabetic Law, a white paper establishing alphabetic literacy as a foundational cognitive technology underpinning modern law, consent, agency, and identity. Drawing on media ecology, the work demonstrates how

digital media destabilize alphabetic consciousness and argues that brain-computer and quantum interfaces represent a post-alphabetic rupture requiring new legal safeguards for humanity.
